Job Title: Advanced RN Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Gwinnett Medical Offices in Georgia.

About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled and compassionate nurse who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As an Advanced RN Healthcare Specialist, you will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and ensure seamless transitions of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing health status, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Triage patients presenting to the health care setting, including unscheduled patients, emergencies, and others.
  • Evaluate emergency situations and initiate appropriate nursing interventions, ensuring the readiness of the healthcare team members to respond to emergencies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Minimum two years of current RN experience.
  • A registered professional nurse license (Georgia) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
Preferred Qualifications:

We encourage applicants with:

  • Two years of experience within a defined area (Mental Health/Behavioral Health).
  • Bachelors (BSN) degree.
Work Environment:

This is a part-time position working 1 day per week, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with flexible scheduling as needed. Travel is expected up to 100% of the time.

Benefits:

Kaiser Permanente offers a competitive salary range for this position, estimated to be between $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
