We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Saatva. As a key member of our Viewing Room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers in person and via phone/live chat to provide product information and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of our luxury mattresses.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a world-class customer experience.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
