What You'll Do
As a clinician with Cayuga Centers, you will work with children, youth, and families in their homes or community settings, providing evidence-based treatment models and strengths-based practices to enhance family functioning and relationships. This role requires evening and possibly weekend hours, with occasional crises response. With a focus on promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, we encourage women, veterans, and members of the BIPOC community to apply.

**Your Qualifications**
- Masters degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
- Experience in strength-based family and children's services
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Strong belief in the capacity of people to grow and change
- Knowledge of the Child Welfare System

**Benefits & Compensation**
The salary for this position ranges from $63,000 to $82,800 annually, based on education, professional license, and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, pet and legal insurance, employee assistance program, FSA, transit, and parking savings accounts, supplemental life insurance, critical illness, enhanced short-term disability benefits, and a 401(k) match up to 6%.
