Descripción del Puesto:

El Cortador de Carne 1 es un puesto clave en la cadena de suministro de El Super, donde se requiere una gran habilidad y destreza para cortar y preparar productos de carne de alta calidad. Bajo la supervisión directa del Gerente de Carnicería, el Cortador de Carne 1 divide, corta y prepara productos de carne utilizando herramientas de mano y equipos de energía, en la variedad, tamaño, cantidad y trim prescritos por las normas de la empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Preparar productos de carne para la exhibición o según las órdenes de los clientes.
  • Trabajar con clientes para tomar pedidos especiales.
  • Colaborar con Empleados y Gerente de Carnicería para determinar qué elementos necesitan ser cortados.
  • Realizar levantamientos pesados, doblarse, inclinarse y agacharse durante períodos prolongados.

Requisitos Físicos:

  • Levantamiento de peso pesado.
  • De pie durante períodos prolongados.
  • Caminar y trabajar en un entorno de alta actividad.
  • Requisitos visuales y auditivos.

Requisitos de Certificación:

Se requiere una Tarjeta de Manipulador de Alimentos o su equivalente certificación para todos los puestos relacionados con la preparación, manipulación y servicio de alimentos.

Rango de Pago Horario:

El rango de pago horario es mínimo salario (dependiendo de la ubicación) hasta $20 por hora.
