The SAFO & Fresh Pasta Lead plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the Fresh Market department, focusing on quality assurance and team performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and inspire the team to enhance sales and operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels and make informed decisions regarding inventory control, including placing orders as necessary.
  • Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the main production kitchen and restaurants to ensure all orders are completed accurately.
  • Production Scheduling: Manage the production timetable to maximize efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the department consistently adheres to quality, health, and safety standards.
