Your expertise in production systems, large-scale data center infrastructure, and public cloud will be invaluable in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather requirements from business stakeholders, senior leadership, and engineering organizations for data lifecycle management.
Conduct quarterly stakeholder reviews covering storage capacity planning, projecting future needs, and socializing the optimized use of technologies.
Ensure timely Storage Utilization reports to stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership, analysis, and top-notch diagrams and documentation for consumption by executives and engineers.
Identify and evangelize new technologies, patterns, solutions, and best practices.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in engineering or storage systems related to production.
Strong understanding of storage lifecycle management and high-speed transport technologies.
Experience with unstructured storage analytics platforms and high-performance storage solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to describe complex technology concepts in simple terms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in film or TV production environments.
Strong project management and resource planning experience.
IP networking and media asset management systems experience.
Experience with cloud/IaaS environments and storage platforms for cloud-native Kubernetes workflows.

Education:

Bachelor's of Science in CS or Electrical Engineering.

Additional Information:

This is a 12+ month contract position with a hybrid work arrangement.
