Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the engineering team in the development of driveline and thermal management technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve product performance and efficiency
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers to achieve project goals

Requirements



  • Master's degree in Vehicle Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of experience in design and development of automotive electrified products
  • Strong knowledge of gears, transmission, and electrified powertrains
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel and work in a global context
