We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and assign day-to-day responsibilities to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide unarmed visual security services to ensure a safe environment, and maintain a daily log and file incident reports as required.
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Previous military, law enforcement, or security guard experience is required.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report are required.
