Position Overview

Join a specialized practice focusing on Cerebrovascular and Spine Neurosurgery. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with a strong clinical background. National certification is a prerequisite, along with experience in Neurology and Neurosurgery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage both inpatient and outpatient care in collaboration with a dedicated team of Neurosurgeons and residents.
- Engage in the education and training of new staff and students through hands-on clinical experiences and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner
- A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related discipline is required, along with an active and valid state license.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of RN experience, including 1 to 3 years in a leadership role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in enhancing care quality and delivery, serving as a consultant, mentor, and practitioner.

Physician Assistant
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and current licensure as a Registered Physician Assistant is essential.
- Candidates must demonstrate clinical proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- This role also involves participation in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is between $45.16 and $67.74 per hour, with individual salaries determined based on various factors including market data, experience, and qualifications.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday.
