Program Manager

International Automotive Components is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our business relationships with multiple clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Relationship Management: Manage business relationships with multiple clients to ensure successful program launches.

  • Management Gateway Reviews: Hold Management Gateway Reviews (MGR) to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Program Timing Plans: Create Program Timing Plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • ECN/RFQ Management: Manage ECN/RFQs to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Global Development and Launch System: Lead the program team utilizing the company's Global Development and Launch System software.
  • Advisory Role: Act as an advisor to the program to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • SAP Development: Develop SAPs for launch programs.
  • Customer Interaction: Facilitate customer interaction and control with the plant.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure all targets on SAP are achieved.
