Job Overview:

Troon International is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Server to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a customer-centric environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt and attentive service to all guests upon their arrival.
  2. Communicate daily specials and menu highlights to patrons, ensuring they are well-informed.
  3. Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring timely service.
  4. Check in with guests to confirm their satisfaction and address any needs they may have.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to side work responsibilities.
  6. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.
  7. Follow established protocols for order taking, delivery, and guest interactions.
  8. Utilize tray service techniques for food and beverage delivery.
  9. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards throughout all service processes.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; two years of serving experience preferred, or a combination of education and experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Experience in a country club setting is advantageous.
