Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Deliver exceptional hospitality to patrons at the buffet by providing efficient food and beverage service.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Receive and fulfill beverage orders, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Serve alcoholic drinks as requested by guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of condiment stations.
  • Clear and tidy table settings as needed, ensuring service areas are kept clean.
  • Assist with guest hosting, cash management, and bussing responsibilities as required.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 months in a food service role required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (fluency in English required), ability to manage multiple tasks, and provide outstanding guest service.
  • Certifications: Must possess or be willing to obtain food handling and alcohol service certifications.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Eligibility: Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Pre-employment: Successful completion of drug screening and background check is necessary to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
