Patient Access Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Patient Access Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences for front-of-house needs. This individual proactively greets patients and visitors, creating a helpful, positive, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere. They provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist or assistant, or in a customer service field, is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not necessary.
Key Skills:
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. The ability to multitask and possess strong proactive organizational skills is a must. Excellent customer service skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.

The Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin regional health network is a partnership between Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin, supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research, and education.
