Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical providers to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Perform phlebotomy and maintain supplies for blood drawing stations
  • Ensure lab specimens are sent to the correct labs and document patient care services
  • Assist with procedures, take vital signs, and provide general clinical assistance
  • Provide patient education and counseling, and communicate physician orders and instructions
  • Work independently to achieve program goals and support excellence in customer service
Requirements
  • Strong phlebotomy skills and completion of a formal MA program
  • Background in women's health preferred
  • Strong patient orientation and teamwork skills
  • Professionalism and excellent customer service skills
