**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and priorities for care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Evaluate patient responses to care and make adjustments as needed to achieve expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current licensure in Alabama or a multi-state licensure.
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification within one year of hire.
