## Job Title: Cardiac ICU RN
## Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac ICU RN to join our team at Crestwood Medical Center. As a Cardiac ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit.
## Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac ICU
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
* Develop and implement effective plans of care to meet the needs of patients and their families
* Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
## Requirements
* Associates Degree in Nursing
* 1+ years of Cardiac ICU or Critical Care Experience Required
* AL RN License
* BLS and ACLS certification
