Compensation: We offer a highly competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will participate in direct and indirect patient care, providing health teaching under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Additionally, they will provide supervision and contribute to unit and divisional goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care and Health Teaching: Participate in direct and indirect patient care activities, delivering high-quality health education and support to patients and their families.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Provide supervision to other caregivers as required, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Goal Achievement: Contribute to unit and divisional goals and objectives, driving excellence in patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Licensure and Certification: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts and Basic Life Support Certification are mandatory.
  • Education and Experience: A graduate of a School of Practical Nursing is required, with patient care experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy is essential for this role.
