About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Quality and Safety Coordinator to join our team at Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of employee health, including vaccination status and medical certifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of safety equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Committee to identify and resolve safety concerns.
  • Provide education and training to staff on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain employee recognition programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports on patient concerns and compliance data.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or GED; college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare or medical office settings; clinical experience highly preferred.
  • OSHA compliance training/experience a plus.
  • BLS certification required.
