Job Summary

The Service Asset Inventory Specialist position is a critical role within Leidos, responsible for the logistical management of IT asset records under the direction of the NEST SACM Manager. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with Service Delivery personnel to ensure accurate hardware records and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure records housed in ServiceNow are accurate and complete, and confirm hardware existence, location, and state in CostPoint.
  • Communicate with end users to remediate any discrepancies in records and support SACM analysts and Logistics in research and corrective actions.
  • Research methods to improve data accuracy and process efficiency, and identify and resolve problems that may impact records housed in ServiceNow and Costpoint.
  • Work to achieve day-to-day objectives, including identifying and addressing problems that may not be immediately evident.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation
  • Comfort with customer communications in person, over the phone, and in written form
  • Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and meet demanding timelines
  • Ability to maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Experience with Costpoint or other ERP system
  • Experience working in the NASA environment
