As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, while also providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration: Administer medication to clients as needed, while also providing reminders and ensuring adherence to medication schedules.
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist clients with bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene, promoting independence and dignity.
- Memory Care Support: Redirect clients with memory care issues, providing guidance, safety, and protection to ensure their well-being and safety.
- Transportation and Errands: Safely transport and accompany clients on errands, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible scheduling, including day, night, and evening shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
