Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver - Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition
- Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive support
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive pay: $14.35 an hour
