About the Role
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive cultural change and organizational adoption of modern data management practices, methodologies, and technologies in alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage IT processes and controls in collaboration with the enterprise process design team to ensure quality is maintained to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine an understanding of the work and expectations required to be delivered by the team.
- Motivate analysts to maximize their contributions and encourage professional growth, ensuring the assigned process, its associated techniques, and methods are regularly reviewed and audited.

About You
- An advanced degree in business management, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, with + years of management experience; + years of performing a global role experience; and + years in IT Service Management roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects, and initiatives from inception to completion.
- A proven track record of leading data transformation initiatives within the financial services industry, with a minimum of + years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a deep understanding of data management principles, practices, and technologies.
