Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Health Advocates Network-Allied. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in echocardiography, with a certificate or associate degree in the field and certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform echocardiograms and other ultrasound procedures to diagnose and treat patients
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices
Requirements:
  • Certificate or associate degree in echocardiography or related program
  • Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
  • RDCS Credential from ARDMS/ RCS Credential from CCI
  • 1+ years' experience as an Echocardiographer, including adult scanning experience
