Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch client care and customer service
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and client transactions
  • Actively promote our clinic, treatments, and services
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment
  • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED required; AA preferred
  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize with a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of internet, word processing, and basic software applications
