Company Overview
Konecranes is a global leader in material handling solutions, serving a diverse range of customers across multiple industries. Our commitment to innovation, safety, and customer satisfaction sets us apart from others in the industry.

About the Role
The Technical Leadership Development Program is a two-year development experience designed for graduating engineers who are looking to join an industry-leading, team-oriented company that positions them on the fast track to advanced technical and business leadership opportunities. The program includes rotations through five major Konecranes engineering groups in the United States, providing participants with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the business.

Responsibilities
The engineer will be responsible for contributing to the success of the assigned group, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives. Participants will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through mentorship, training, and professional development programs.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have a strong academic record, preferably with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and hold an engineering degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. Previous leadership experience is highly desirable, as is the ability to relocate within the U.S. for each program section. A project completion requirement ensures that participants demonstrate understanding of key learnings and apply their knowledge in practical settings. Mentorship will also play a crucial role in the participant's personal and professional growth.

Benefits
Participants will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off. We also offer a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
