Job SummaryPeterson Health is seeking a skilled CT Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire diagnostic images for interpretation utilizing ALARA principles, injecting and distributing contrast for anatomy enhancement, and assisting with invasive procedures as requested.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, including the Phillips 64 and Hitachi 128 scanners.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and management team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.
  • Develop and implement new techniques to improve image quality and patient outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Requirements
  • Associates in Radiologic Science degree from an accredited institution.
  • Certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography A.R.R.T. (R) (CT).
  • Minimum one year of experience as a radiologic technologist working in CT.
  • Preferred experience: greater than two years as a registered CT technologist, experience completing invasive procedures in CT.
