Job Summary

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will provide quality care to patients of all age groups, from newborn to elderly, according to department standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and experience in CT scan components.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment
  • Provide quality care to patients of all age groups
  • Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period
  • Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CT scan components
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in computed tomography
  • State license if required
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
