Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Integrity Specialist for a contract role focused on fixed equipment within a petrochemical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will:
  • Oversee the risk-based inspection program for the unit.
  • Provide recommendations for equipment selection.
  • Plan and coordinate inspections utilizing appropriate coverage and non-destructive testing techniques.
  • Analyze inspection outcomes and propose future actions.
  • Conduct mechanical assessments for thickness and fitness for service.
  • Respond effectively to operational incidents.
  • Develop specifications for repairs and replacements.
  • Evaluate the performance of fixed equipment on-site.
  • Drive improvements in Safety, Reliability, Environmental Performance, and Equipment Capability and Efficiency.
  • Support capital projects and modifications through design consulting and quality assurance.
  • Engage daily with Inspection, Maintenance, Process, and Operations teams.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Materials, Corrosion Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Mechanical Integrity within a petrochemical setting.
