Aircraft Maintenance Expert for Corporate Jet Fleet

As a member of our Mobile Response Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our corporate jet fleet. Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing aircraft systems, as well as inspecting and performing maintenance on customer aircraft.
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a valid Airframe and Powerplant License. A minimum of 2 years of experience on corporate jet aircraft is also required, as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience on Bombardier aircraft models.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Performing daily tasks in a safe and timely manner, adhering to Bombardier General Work Requirements and environmental health and safety policies.
- Troubleshooting, repairing, installing, inspecting, and performing maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Inspecting incoming parts and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in other maintenance disciplines, including Avionics, Structures, and Composites.
- Operating ground support equipment as required.
- Assisting with mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
- Returning aircraft to service after maintenance at off-site locations.
- Acting as shipping and receiving agent for parts.
- Providing time estimates.
- Auditing your own location and truck monthly.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Creating service orders with SAP.
- Performing Delegated Inspector (DI) function as qualified by QA.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. We are located in Bedford, MA, and the ideal candidate will be able to work unscheduled overtime, including nonscheduled workdays and holidays, and be able to travel internationally as required.
