At Great Wolf Resorts, we're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, adhering to our high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Assist our chefs in keeping the kitchens running smoothly, retrieving stock, and ensuring all utensils and plates are clean and sanitary.
  • Organize, rinse, and run dishes and utensils through the dishwasher, unloading and organizing them according to set guidelines.
  • Provide food and utensils for our chefs by carrying pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators.
  • Maintain food quality by storing foods in designated areas, minimizing spoilage.
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of needed dishes and utensils.
  • Segregate and remove waste according to company standards.
Requirements
  • Some High School education or equivalent.
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
