Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Turnover and Cleaning Standards: Ensure that rooms are turned efficiently and in accordance with our established cleanliness standards.
  • Room Attendant Supervision: Inspect Room Attendants' rooms daily and conduct random checks on stay-over rooms to ensure compliance with our standards.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Assist with cleaning rooms, public areas, and the laundry department as needed.
  • Discrepancy Reporting: Report any discrepancies in room status immediately to the Director.
  • Maintenance Room Inspections: Inspect maintenance rooms to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Supply Management: Ensure that Room Attendants have all necessary supplies to perform their duties.
  • Key Control: Assist with key control procedures.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Departmental Policies and Procedures: Follow all departmental policies and procedures.
  • Annual Reviews and Payroll: Assist with the department's annual reviews and payroll/scheduling processes.

Requirements:

  • Housekeeping Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping is required.
  • Housekeeping Supervisor Experience: Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor is preferred.
