  • Guest Relations: Our Pharmacist will be the first point of contact for guests entering the pharmacy area, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. They will engage with guests, address their needs, and provide personalized support.
  • Pharmacy Operations: The Pharmacist will maintain the integrity of pharmacy operations, adhering to state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. This includes ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing inventory, and overseeing pharmacy staff.
  • Clinical Services: Our Pharmacist will monitor patients' drug therapies, making recommendations for adjustments as needed. They will also stay up-to-date with new developments in pharmacy practice through continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Team Leadership: The Pharmacist will work closely with the pharmacy manager to oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing, counseling, and supervision of technicians. They will also participate in clinical programs, such as immunization administration, and contribute to the growth and development of the pharmacy team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and/or PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Licensure: Active and in good standing pharmacist license issued by the Board of Pharmacy of the state(s) in which you are practicing.
  • Preceptorship: Preceptor by the State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and management skills, basic accounting and computer skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to function as a team member and get along with others.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required.
