Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Oak Orchard Health. As a primary care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, from routine check-ups to complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care
  • Lead the care team in medical decision-making and supervise NPs and PAs
  • Perform HPI and physical examinations, diagnose and direct counseling for each patient
  • Prescribe medication in accordance with New York State statute and professional practice guidelines
  • Participate in staff outreach and off-site health care programs

Requirements:

  • MD or DO graduate of an accredited medical school
  • Current New York State medical license
  • Current DEA certificate
  • Board eligible or Board Certified
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate

  • Competitive salary range: $208,000 to $225,000
