Job Title: ABA Technician

Join our team at Behavioral Health Network as an ABA Technician and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our ABA Program as an ABA Technician. As an ABA Technician, you will work closely with our team of behavioral health professionals to provide intensive and flexible services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 direct teaching to enrolled children and youth based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Implement behavior plans prepared and maintained by the supervising behavioral professional.
  • Model implementation of behavior strategies for parent/caregiver of enrolled youth.
  • Monitor progress on behavior plan implementation and report back to the Behavior Analyst.
  • Maintain contact as needed with other behavioral health service providers regarding the youth's progress.
  • Participate in Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings for youth enrolled in ICC and work with other behavioral health providers to support the goals of the service.
  • Provide daily documentation of interactions with the individual served specific to the goal area(s) and all contacts with other providers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
  • OR an Associate's degree and minimum of two (2) years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis, behavior planning, and implementation of behavior plans.
  • Ability to create and implement strategies to facilitate achievement of behavioral interventions.
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a verified clean driving record.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle available for all working hours.
