Job Overview:

In this role, you will serve as a Retail Engagement Consultant, guiding customers through their journey with Fifth Wall. You will leverage your product knowledge and personal experiences to assist customers in making informed decisions that enhance their engagement with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Engage with every customer warmly, sharing insights and offering assistance.
  • Educate customers on our products, services, and the mission of Fifth Wall.
  • Embody and promote the values of innovation, sustainability, and community impact.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by participating in community initiatives.
  • Guide customers toward solutions that align with their needs and enhance their experience with Fifth Wall.

Operational Duties:

  • Assist in managing inventory - receiving, processing, restocking, and organizing products.
  • Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the retail space through effective merchandising.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store.
  • Open and close the store in accordance with operational protocols.
  • Utilize the point of sale system to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach.
  • Willingness to work during peak seasons.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
