Dental Care of Grafton is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, working closely with our dental team to ensure seamless treatment experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to provide comprehensive care, addressing the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements

  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any years of clinical experience.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
