Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health Care Professional reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adhering to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program. This role complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois is required.
A high school education is necessary.
A valid Driver's license and proof of car insurance are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Home Health, Private Duty, and/or Hospice is preferred.
Completion of one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a JCAHO accredited hospital or an accredited Skilled Nursing facility is preferred.
