Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent Director to lead our mental health team at one of our three fixed sites or two van sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of mental health professionals
  • Develop and implement mental health programs and services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Grant writing and fundraising experience a plus
  • 50/50 administrative and therapy split

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Experience as a supervisor in a mental health setting
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
