Job Title: Student Transportation Provider

About the Position

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Student Transportation Provider. This role involves transporting volunteers and students to and from non-profit organizations on the Virginia Peninsula.

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a current driver's license, and safe transportation and car insurance. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. The selected candidate will be required to pass a background check.

This is an hourly position, with a competitive pay rate of $13-16 per hour, plus 25 cents per mile reimbursement. The exact hours worked will vary depending on volunteer and work site needs.

  • Transporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to and from non-profits for volunteer shifts and work sites for employment
  • Transporting volunteers to and from Bingo Fundraisers
