Conducts phlebotomy procedures with precision. Assists in the transportation of patients and various supportive tasks. Engages in activities that promote patient safety and satisfaction. Ensures a clean and organized work environment. Contributes to patient care delivery under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Accurately documents patient vitals and specimen information. Guides patients on proper specimen collection methods. Actively participates in quality control and assurance initiatives.Additional Responsibilities:
Performs various errands and assists with operational tasks. Aids in the orientation process for new Patient Care Technicians. Demonstrates efficient and cost-effective patient care practices. Identifies emergency situations and implements appropriate responses. Maintains supply inventory effectively.Compensation: $16.00-$22.37 per hour.
