As a key member of the School of Aviation team, you will be responsible for facilitating the dispatching of aircraft and flight training devices, ensuring accurate aircraft status, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch laboratory training flights in accordance with the published daily schedule, coordinating with flight laboratory instructors and leadership.
- Assign resources necessary to support flight training lessons, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate aircraft status in the computer-based management system, guaranteeing up-to-date information.
- Assist with student records management, data collection, and inventory tracking, providing valuable support to the team.
- Communicate effectively with aircraft personnel, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with a customer service focus.
Experience with iOS and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
