Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Package Bakery Items: Operate bakery equipment, follow recipes and make-up instructions, and ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Sweep, clean, and sanitize the bakery area, and ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and thank members, answer questions, and provide assistance with purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Bakery Team: Work with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
