As a part-time provider, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in pediatric care while enjoying a flexible schedule.
Position OverviewThis part-time CRNP or PA position offers evening (5pm-9pm) and weekend hours, providing after-hours care to children in a state-of-the-art facility. You will be at the forefront of pediatric healthcare, working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members.
- Set the standards for the level and quality of care for the care delivery team.
- Establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families.
- Handle multiple/changing priorities and specialized equipment.
- Critical thinking skills necessary to exercise and lead others in application of acceptable standards of practice.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Professional nursing experience and/or nurse practitioner experience.
- National certification, eligible for licensure by Pennsylvania board of nursing, eligible for certification as a CRNP by Pennsylvania state board of nursing.
- A graduate of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the physician assistant (ARC-PA).
