Job Summary
The Practice Manager is responsible for managing the operations of one HarmonyCares Medical Group market, supporting financial, clinical, and productivity targets within their market by exceeding site targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing intra-day monitoring of service levels and other KPIs
- Building community networks and relationships to assist with execution across key value levers
- Providing a point of escalation to address patient concerns, patient complaints, and customer issues, both internally and externally
- Tracking inventory and ordering for necessary office and medical supplies
- Supporting new team members through onboarding and training processes
- Identifying areas of quality and execution gaps for all team members and ensuring appropriate remediation through coaching and feedback
- Monitoring and evaluating individuals' and team performance against defined productivity and clinical targets
- Identifying improvement opportunities for individuals and the team as a whole through interpretation of quality monitoring
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Three years of experience in management of professional and clinical staff
- Healthcare experience with profit and loss responsibility
- Able to relate professionally and positively to physicians and staff
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong clinical and reimbursement knowledge
