We are certified as a Level III Trauma Center and a Primary Stroke Center, and have been serving our community for over 100 years. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are committed to creating a culture of accountability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the oversight of daily operations of the assigned Clinical Department
  • Develop and coordinate activities that promote clinically effective and efficient patient care
  • Plan, organize, and direct patient care activities as delegated by the Clinical Manager
  • Collaborate with the clinical manager in maintaining the operational aspects of the patient units
  • Participate in and use independent judgment in the hiring, supervising, training, performance management, and evaluation of staff
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing
  • Three (3) years of clinical experience in an acute care setting with one (1) year successful experience in a leadership position
  • Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
  • CPR, BLS & ACLS required
