Security Officer

ARS Treatment Centers is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our patients, staff, and facilities.
About the Role:
The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining order on ARS premises, including the building, parking lot, and patient waiting areas. This will involve frequent patrols, reporting of suspicious activities, and adherence to ARS policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the building entrance and lobby area, ensuring a clean and quiet environment.
- Provide general external facility upkeep, including sweeping the front entrance and clearing snow and ice.
- Monitor parking lots to ensure safe and orderly traffic flow.
- Observe for signs of disorder or disturbances.
- Support Medical/Clinical Departments as needed.
- Ensure adherence to ARS policies and procedures within the facility and its grounds.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position.
- Good communication and de-escalation techniques.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- High school degree or equivalence.
