Job Overview:

Multicare Health System is seeking a skilled Per Diem Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will provide pharmaceutical care services to patients and healthcare professionals. As a per diem pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work on various shifts and assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders
  • Prepare primary IV/solutions and manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required
  • Supervise support personnel and assume responsibility for final check of all completed work
  • Assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services

Requirements:

  • Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency (preferred)
  • Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
  • Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience (preferred)
