In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our production process by designing and optimizing cutting-edge material handling systems that power our world-class manufacturing operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional experts to deliver efficient, automated solutions that drive productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced material flow systems, including conveyors, AGVs, robotics, and automation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver equipment and processes that meet quality and industrial performance
  • Manage programs associated with high-volume manufacturing, including scope, schedule, budget, and reporting
  • Optimize efficiency and output in a high-volume production environment
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration and synergy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience in material flow & supply chain management
  • Proven expertise in industrial/manufacturing program management, including scope, schedule, budget, and reporting
  • Substantial experience in successfully managing programs related to high-volume manufacturing
  • Well-developed communication, collaboration, leadership, and influencing skills
