Job Title: Innovation Lab Manager

At Dalkia US, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Lab Manager to lead our research and development initiatives focused on smart infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Development: Lead R&D efforts in smart infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies and solutions to enhance urban environments, energy systems, and transportation networks.
  • Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of innovation projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and support staff.
  • Strategic Planning: Define the strategic direction for the Innovation Lab, aligning R&D initiatives with company goals and emerging market trends.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in R&D, with at least 3 years managing teams and projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of smart infrastructure technologies, including IoT, data analytics, AI, and cloud computing.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage conflict, and foster collaboration.
