Job Summary

The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Director of Cardiac Catheterization Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating program development, assessing opportunities, and overseeing multiple cost centers/departments to achieve hospital and network objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to optimize operations and streamline costs
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field, Master's degree preferred
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Valid Texas RN License (current state registration)
  • BLS certification
  • At least 5 years work experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity
